Your hands should be on your knees as you sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Take a deep breath in and raise your arms to the ceiling. Taking a deep breath out, turn your body to the right while placing your left hand on the back of your chair. For many breaths, maintain this posture before swapping sides.
